Amongst Giants
Amongst Giants was a very nice discovery I had this week. First trough this incredible nice video made by LWZ, which lift ups the spirit and translates in a proper way the emotion the music seeds. Turns out that Amongst Giants is a project created by Matthias Hacksteiner, a sound designer based in Innsbruck, Austria – the land of snowboarding now for me is also a land of great music.
I took some time and had a proper listen on his self titled album that was released last August. Matthias did a great work and invited a few people to collaborate with instruments. Gathering everything, Amongst Giants is a nice instrumental album that combines electronica, IDM, post rock and classical.
