Woodkid
Sounding like Antony and the Johnsons meets Massive Attack, Woodkid has brought a very good EP and an amazing video for Iron. The artist/director is Yoann Lemoine, addicted to WWII movies and with a great portfolio on his belt, he delivers a black white epic video. I’ve got the EP myself and I’m pleased to say that was a good purchase. The cover art was stuck in my head so I ran after who did it – as the style was kinda familiar – and it is indeed from Stephan Balleux.
